With Investor Connect, you’ll find it simple to stay up to date with your accounts. Just as important, with all your account information available anytime, you can work more efficiently with your Financial Advisor to help achieve your financial goals.

Registering For Investor Connect Is Fast and Easy
Go to our website at and click “Register.” Fill in the online application and click “Submit.” You will be asked to enter a six-character user ID and five- to eight-character password.

You’ll Know Exactly Where You Stand — Every Day
Market information, as well as the value of your account should you choose to update it while visiting the site, is delayed approximately 20 minutes. Your current positions are updated as they change throughout the day.

Account Information — Find out how your holdings are doing throughout the day and see how they stack up versus the appropriate index. In addition, online transaction details, realized gain/loss information, unrealized gain/loss information, interactive charting and calculators, and a customizable stock watch keep account information at your fingertips.

If you want to cut down on the clutter in your home office or simplify the way you monitor the progress of your account(s), you can choose to stop receiving one or more of the following documents by mail and elect to access the information solely online. The choice is yours. Once the information is available, you’ll receive an e-mail linking you directly to the site. It’s that easy.

Furthermore, we encrypt all data to help prevent unauthorized users from reading your account information. Our clearing firm, RBC Correspondent Services, is a division of RBC Capital Markets, LLC. RBC Capital Markets, LLC, is also a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). SIPC is a nonprofit membership corporation funded by its member security broker-dealers. SIPC protects the securities clients of its members in the event of the failure of a member firm. SIPC reimburses clients the cash value of their securities up to $500,000 per client. Any cash in a client's account would be reimbursed by SIPC up to $250,000 (reducing the $500,000 above).

RBC Capital Markets, LLC, has purchased an additional policy from Lloyd’s of London that offers coverage in excess of the protection provided by SIPC. This coverage covers additional securities and cash protection up to $99.5 million per client, of which $900,000 may be in cash. A $400 million aggregate limit applies to this additional coverage.

As a client, you can setup an ACH link between your bank and your brokerage account to automate the movement of contributions, distributions, dividends, or on demand payments.
